I needed a flamer for my gang in Necromunda, so I hacked the head off of an Imperial Guardsman and one off one of my gangers, and voila! A super easy conversion, and my very first headswap requiring sawing through metal models. I did this guy about 11 years ago, before I left the hobby for a 10 year break |
