Inquisitor Valeria, from the latest Grey Knights Codex, Warhammer 40k. The moment I read the description, i knew I needed to convert this character. Base was Warmachine caster, with lots of Eldar bits, Dark elf corsair sabre, and the tip from a very old flamer making the graviton beamer.
Now I just need to pick a color scheme, any ideas?
