this is such a subtle bunch of conversions. Not just the true-scale ness of the marines, but also the left handed bolter, the extra handle on the flamer and other small changes to the poses. |

Thanks man, I'm so happy hear people spotting this kind of small touches that make all the difference in my opinion :) |

Quick answer would be Space Marine plastics and a Cadian head + a lot of work :) |

Simply astounding. Migs, your work is such a highlight of the entire Dakka site, I love the individuality of every single model you make! |

Your work is truly amazing. This picture alone reignited my interest for marines. Hope you don't mind me copying your work. :P Never had a feel for colour myself. :( |

Your space marines look fantastic, the've inspired me to create my own chapter and like you not relye on standard premade kits. so now im moding my own chaptermaster with bits from various warhammer and warhammer 40k boxes. i will soon put him on display here on dakadaka. |

I'm also a fan of the little details, as Kid_Kyoto mentioned. I really like the flamer model with (what looks to be) a mini shield embedded to his armour, presumably for when the fight gets up close and personal. It's the little embellishments like that that add so much more character to your common space marines. While fine models, many SM armies run the risk of look predictable. But yours really stands out. It's a fantastic thing you've made here, Migsula. |
