The paint job looks well done from what I can tell. However, though it was a good idea to put the dreadnight shields on the sides of the chest, having the two of them there kinda looks a little too much. It kinda looks like they where slapped on instead of carefully placed into the model. Though, I have to admit, the shields do look great.
Nice job with the banner on top, but with all the other additions, it just looks too much with everything else in there. Though, I have to admit, I was rather tempted to put a banner on top of my Dreadnought too, so can I blame you? Not in the least.
I guess what I'm ending up saying is that the mods need to look more sculpted in rather than just added on. Like the loin cloth looks like it was almost molded into the model. And if you have the two chest shields, probably should remove the small shoulder shield. Overall, looks great. |
