If you can, swap torsos with the middle guy so the running guy is not aiming and running. Last time I did Catachans I tried to put all the running legs in one squad so you don't have 9 aiming guys and one guy doing his own thing. Also I sanded down the foot at an angle and pinned it, because the running pose right now looks too much like skipping.
