hutber 2012-01-18 23:51:28 dare i ask the technique you're using to paint these? its such a high contract i'm temped to say washes. But without any traces of it. So i don't believe it can be :)
Also are these games workshops paints? Never thought they had such nice colours.
finnan 2012-07-26 08:37:02 yes, GW paints. Started with an orange basecoat, a red wash, and then lots and lots and lots of thin layers of yellow to build it up : )
hutber 2012-09-27 15:45:24 see i've never been a fan of washes. Maybe i will have to change my ways, normally i just build everything up manually.
This has a fantastic finish that is very/impossible to get without washes! i'm gunna do it :D
