Another one of the fail Finecast Sword Brethren models. There's enough bubbles on the face to warrant another headswap, and to hide the bubbles on the arm I placed a scratchbuilt shield there (which now counts as Vulkan's mantle). The sword is also replaced so that it can have something to represent Vulkan's Relic Blade, and a handflamer pistol placed on the other hand for Vulkan's flamer. I had a fun time painting this model: it was the first time I painted a quartered marine. Overall, I'm happy with the results. Definitely an improvement from my old Vulkan counts-as model. |
