Jstncloud Painting 10/10, Coolness 10/10 @ 2012-12-27 07:45:27 The Sergeant's eyes or the visors? The visors are basically blue with a wash, the sergeant's eyes were done with a tiny brush however the black dots did not turn out perfect, unfortunately.
