Image Description: A liquid fuel container from Armorcast.com, spraypainted with copper and washed with a mix of black and green ink for a rich patina.
I actually modified this piece a bit from the original cast... there was a tech-looking box on the upper right, which I shaved down and covered its spot with some greenstuff, then punched little rivet holes in it with a tool, as if the thing had broken and the owners had done a quick repair on it. I have some watch gears from eBay that I'm going to attach to the base to cover up the panels there and make it look more steampunk.
Here's the link to the original, unaltered piece from Armorcast: http://armorcast.com/store/product_info.php?cPath=120_35&products_id=213 |
