Image Description: My first painted figures. I have so much to learn, but happy with first attempt.. Now to learn how to get some real terrain on those bases.
Color scheme is Roman inspired. White for the bodies, reminiscent of marble. Bronze for the guns, as Roman weapons would be. Red shoulder pads, used to seeing roman soldiers with red cloaks but who knows if that's historically accurate. Heads are gold for some diversity/running theme in the planned army. Joints are gun metal grey as these guys are only warriors. Planning to deck out higher class units with full bronze/gold joints.
Sorry for fuzzy quality. Will get better shots when I have better camera. |
