very Nice detailing on the legs and the shirt, but the base lets is down a little (maybe give a brown wash/quick highlight to 'finish it'? |

Very nice face. I find the light blue shirt too strong a contrast with the dark clothing but that is personal preference -- details (cloth folds) are good.
The base could be tarted up for extra points but it's fine as it is, IMO. After alll, how many figures are in the whole army? |
