Thanks! Since it's resin, it's really a mess working with those spider legs, especially getting rid of the mould lines. The mechanicus symbols were molded using plasticin from a Techmarine pilot (Stormraven) and plastic, they were really a big and complicated process. These minis really were a lot of work to build, something the overall look of them isn't quite to my satisfaction. Yet they were my first experiment, a great deal of them being scratch built (tabards, for ex.) or molded (the heads, for ex.).
Edit : for some reason the paint didn't hold very well to the whole (being a mix of plastic, resin, cardboard and greenstuff). |
