Image Description: This is my converted Hive Tyrant. We call it "The Gunslinger". It was built based off of a 3rd edition Hive Tyrant's metal body, plastic dreadnought base and current Carnifex 'Spore Cyst' back plate, 'Acid Maw' head, Scything Talons, Twin Linked Deathspitters and Tyranid Warrior rending claws [these are simply for looks].
I used the 'Dipping Technique' I learned some years ago before I feel it became the 'cool' thing to do. I do not take credit for the original concept, but I have worked on refining it to my likes and designs.

But I like it, my only query is the sides of the base not being finished?
