the sling is in a strange position and for what the hell a tank commander needs a powerfist? does he like to dimount and mosh some foe's? :D

Yeah, kinda just a kitbash of the SM Commander's PF, stormbolter and a few spare bits.
Y'know the meme with the Guard tank commander who says "Drive me closer, I want to hit them with my sword!"???
