Thanks for the kind words guys. I didn't use any washes, but I pretty much stuck to an EXTREMELY limited palette. The base colour is scorched brown with a little bit of red gore added to it for successive layers. The whites are just chaos black and skull white. The greens are Dark Angels Green and Goblin Green using the wet blending technique. The Tans are just Bestial Brown with Bleached Bone mixed in until it reached Pure Bleached Bone.
I think this model had about 8-9 layers on each colour. |
