Scope is made from the muzzle of an Cadian grenade launcher with a Ork gunsight at either end. Gun is a regular shoota extended with more launcher muzzles and tipped with a round thing that was carved and drilled to resemble a the classic Barrett muzzle brake.
Body is an Arra Boy who had his arms chopped off.
