In my mind, the blades of the chainswords are actually a lot thinner than they model out (those teeth would be inches wide... ridiculous even for a space marine. So I think they'd be off-set so that one mechanism is just inside of the other, that way the teeth don't ever come into contact as they run side-by-side. |
