Cheers, man! Let me just give you the short version (amore thorough look at the conversion can be found in my World Eaters thread): The base model is a plastic Chaos Lord, to which I added some "bunny ears" and two small heraldic plates from the Skullcrushers. Two sets of shoulder pads from the chaos knights and Skullcrushers, respectively. A sword from the Chaos Lord on manticore. A head from the warshrine of chaos. Two bloodletter heads. A couple of skulls. And the weapon was spliced together from two chaos knight axes 8although the axe was exchanged for something a little less clunky on the finished version).
