What undercoats, paints, washes, etc did you use to create the blue skin effect? |

p3 frostbite mixed with vallejo deck tan, dry pigment brushed on to smooth the light transitions, and glazes and reaper blue liner to lay in shadows and pick out details. i use a thin intermediate varnish of dullcote after I brush in the dry pigments, then proceed to glazing and lining which is the last step. |
