I agree with MeanGreenStompa. .. the missile pods' painting looks incomplete as compared to the rest of the model. The front of them looks unpainted entirely. They could prob also use a little extra modeling detail such as sensor blisters or antenna to make them look a little more Tau. A little more rounding of edges wouldn't hurt either. Overall, a good model, but does have some things to nitpick.
