Image Description: I only put the 1 result for exalted, because if I buy an exalted it always gets traded for Grimoire/Portagylph (but the 1 gets a free lesser). The red wound is if you roll the Greater for an extra wound. I only put Flickering Fire for the Change discipline, because it's the only one I take on a Prince (match up dependent)

I think the Exalted Rewards would be worth listing out, though, since the Portalglyph is probably the worst available option if you draw a Kill Point mission (whereas Warp Tether or Souleater could be extremely useful). Thanks for putting this out here, I'll definitely be adapting it for my own purposes.
