I did the exact thing with my Daemon prince. =D I like what you did with the base. |

Thanks! Well Im glad to say that this dirty little prince performed admireably on the battlefield. In 2 games he has taken out a squad of 10 chaos raptors, 3 canoptek wraiths, 1 destroyer lord, a winged hive tyrant and 10 necron warriors and winning the match by killing the necron warrior squad contesting the winning objective! :)
(making him a psyker and getting some biomancy powers like enfeeble, iron arm and warp speed REALLY makes him a dangerous foe!)

I usually gloss over the gallery page when I go to upload my images, but I saw this and was immediately drawn it. It is truly excellent! The awesome wing choice, the coloration of the beetle and the (irradiated looking?) corpses on the base. Just awesome, good job, go get yourself a Kudos! |

Thank you very much Grimdork! It is inspiring to see such comments! Yes the corpses on the base are supposed to look like they have been poisoned by nurgle most infectious plague, glowing in the dark. All the bases are supposed to reflect a demonworld background, like nurgle's garden. The beatle on the arm was painted with a mix of metalic silver and dark sea blue to create the effect you often see on insects. |
