A small game (~ 900 points) of WH40K played on 14 July 2013. A foot guard Cadian army faced off against a force of Necrons. The center Cadian veteran squad prepares to receive the charge of the C'tan shard. However, massed Necron gauss flayer fires ends up driving off the IG before the shard can assault, and their fall back distance allows them to elude the shard for a round. Things don't get any better for the IG though. The veterans fail their regroup roll and fall back off of the table.a |
