Notice something missing? This pylon, once the reaver's shields were down, did 17 hull points of damage with a single salvo. D weapons seem very capable of incredible damage. One more hit to the rear from that Necron sentry gun (the aegis defense line) and the reaver was gone. Another pylon took out Zarakynel by also rolling a 6, doing a minimum of 7 wounds. D weapons ignoring invul saves may be a mistake, I fear, but I don't think they should bounce off storm shields necessarily either. Real conundrum... |
