"Lash Trees" are massive, ropey appendages of the earth. Possessed of a cunning instinct and infinite parience these muscled tentacles play the part of stationary tree until their prey are lulled into blind ignorance. Then, as if from the sky, comes the crashing, crushing doom as the Lash Tree bashes its victim into a broken mess before carrying it bodily into the depths of its burrow to feast. |
