Thanks! I took pictures of the emblems from the book, then traced over the emblems with CAD software (CorelDraw in this case). Stacked those up into a single file and sent them to a laser cutter to try making them out of mylar (http://www.pololu.com/) and they did a great job. As you can see, the detail melts away on the smallest icons - makes sense as the laser is just burning the mylar. Used these later for airbrush templates. |
