This is the back of the trygon. The yellow is 5 layer, (black - brown -light brown - yellow - slightly lighter yellow - bright yellow highlight) and the the rings are also layered (brown, red wash, blue ring, lighter blue ring on top, then a half circle of really pale grey blue, finally a quarter circle of white. Oh ya. this whole tyranid army is based on the blue ring octopus. |
