If anything this looks way more anime than Tau battlesuits and it totally works! The color scheme is dark and grim, especially with that trophy belt. I'd love to see one done in mecha design like robotech or the purple one in this gallery, but that's just me. Amazing work either way, 10/10 |

Thanks to all who've commented. Shas'O Darkblade was meant as a single, outlying variable in my Cadre's color scheme and overall feel. While the rest of the Tau are all about being fun and crazy, this one is meant to stand out and be just infinitely more savage than the rest (some mild Chaos taint going on here, nothing major but still...).
