It's technically good, I suppose, but I don't like it at all -- the ''glow'' effect is odd. Why are there glowing blue spots on the corners and edges earth of the vehicle? Metal simply doesn't look like that. Why do the lions glow like halogen? The lights themselves don't glow as much as the front lion. Oddly, the light seems to be brighter going outwards rather than in, so it can't be emanating from the bulbs.
I think, frankly, that airbrushes and glow effects really do not look very good. Could I produce this? Not in ten thousand years. However, a far more natural effect, a much better effect, can be produced with good old basecoat, wash, drybrush. |
