Are salamanders dark skinned or black? |

Newest fluff has them charcoal black with red eyes but since that looks absolutely horrible when painted up I choose to go with carribean dark skinned as in the a bit older fluff. I also included a few fair skinned minis just for the purposes of variation. |

Love your use of light - The termie on the right looks like he is glowing. The lava is beautifully done and your colour selection is spot on. I still really rate these guys. |

again your work is amazing! I concur with you on the skin tones I much prefer the dark skin on the warriors as opposed to the black skin which imho was a mistake for GW to add fluff wise, these are top notch |

I see some variation between the termie models with regards to the depth of green on the armor as well as the layering of color/highlights, and your wet blending. It almost looks like you used different techniques on each model. I have to say the squad is very impressive. I would live to be able to blend as well as you do, the armor almost has a jewel like quality to it. The bases are amazing as well, your lava work is spot on, the crystals add an extra dimension. |

Yeah, I never remember exactly what colours I used on the previous batch of minis, hence the odd variations. |
