How can you possibly give this a 10/10? You can't even SEE the real paint job, let alone the quality of it, through all the photoshopping. Yeah, the blurry effect is neat, but this isn't a photography gallery. |

He's judging it from what he can see clearly - the head. And I'd agree, I think it looks magnificent! The photoshop blurring means the artist wants you to pay attention to whatever isn't blurred out, and judge his work based on that. |
