This army is kind of an enigma. Some parts seem messy, yet the freehand on that Marine's helmet is perfect. I think a good way to start improving would be by working on how you apply lighter colours over black; try a few more layers and a wash.
Still, a nice theme. |

yeah im really bad at no fully finishing all the details on a figure before moving on. These were some of my first ones i have p[ainted but good point i need to go back and touch them up huh? thanks man |
