I'm sorry, I don't mean to be rude but these are really uninformative examples of the techniques they are meant to show. Those are all just layered by the look, but even so, technique is not result... wet blending doesn't automatically get you smooth results. Glazing doesn't automatically get you good results. Layering doesn't automatically get you bad results. It's all on you, your hand, your eye, and your understanding of how the paint works and acts. I highly suggest if anyone wants to actually learn these techniques and the differences between them, watch some tutorial vids and understand the process, the results depend entirely on the person. Some are experts... some are... not. |
