Size comparison between AT-43 Red Blok Soldaty and a Games Workshop Warhammer 40,000 Imperial Guard Cadian medic (who is slightly hunched forward in a dramatic pose making him appear slightly shorter). The size is comparable and there isn't much difference. I redid the face and eyes of the Soldaty because I didn't care for the out of box quality, but otherwise I think the prepaint job is pretty good and the best in the business. I painted the Cadian medic myself (before I learned how to do some slight layering of human skin so his skin is monotone dwarf flesh, while the Soldaty has 4 levels of layering using Scorched Brown as a darkener. The clothes of the Cadian medic has a single basic color (Snakebite Leather and Cadian Green with a single clumsy highlight of each color mixed with at least 50/50 bleached bone. |
