This way seemed to suffer the worst from "black paint just won't stick to the recesses" syndrome, even though it's not at all noticeable in person, only to my horrible, horrible camera. Anyway this is another nemesis daemon hammer because they're infinitely better looking than most thunder hammer parts, plus a Lion shield from Scybor Miniatures I think; now that the Deathwing Knights are out however I'll probably be replacing this with one of their shields, as they look a lot better, but unfortunately it's Forge World resin so it may be impossible to detach. That said, I'm really pleased with how the lion's head turned out, so I'm not sure yet. |
