One of our biggest commissions yet, when a customer came in and brought a BaneBlade, Gorkanaught, Valkyrie and two Battle Wagons and asked us to smash it all together to create an Ork Battle Fortress Super Heavy Tank, well we couldn't wait to get stuck in.
Given the freedom to do what we wanted meant we could really go to town on this project and we certainly ended up with a one of a kind piece and a very happy owner. The immense vehicle has three floors, tons of guns and turrets, crew and all kinds of crazy gubbins with enough room for thirty Orks to stand on. It features moving turrets and a workable draw bridge ( the lower jaw) that all the boys can happily spill out off to commit happy murder.
The project is still a work in progress, taking a month to build alone ( we had to put in a lot of structural supports so that it didn't fall apart under its own weight) and another 3 months of painting thus far. Hopefully the beast will be able to take to the field in all its rusted glory in a couple more months. Our favorite part? The thing has a face!
