Image Description:
I finally finished my Verminlord and its base. I had no idea on what color scheme to paint him. I had took the Deceiver head and filled the eye holes to give him a more faceless feel. I converted the Doom glaive into a short sword with a long hadle since it appeared to thin to support a creature his size. After assembly I got the idea to paint him either a mix of different bright colors like you would see on the Eldar Harlequins. After reading the King in Yellow I got the idea to paint him probably one of the most difficult colors to get right until recently. The idea that got me inspired was what if a group of Skaven got there scheming backstabbing hand's on a copy of the forbidden script of The King in Yellow, that causes madness and despair and see it as some powerfull magical scripture. I am pretty sure the Horned rat would be higly amused by the results. |
