Codex grey overbrushed heavily with Space Wolf grey is how I do most of my Space Wolves. It takes 2 - 3 thin layers of the Space Wolf Grey to get the even consistency while also being careful not to get it into the recesses where the Codex Gray can be seen.
I also like blue toned wolf furs, it looks very un natural, but it makes the model feel colder, since I didn't go with a traditional snowy base! |
