Here you can see some progress on the early stages of painting. Shin-plates haven't yet been attached. I prefer to construct the model in sub-assemblies, paint those, weather them to some degree, then assemble the whole thing and weather it. In fact, this dread is still in multiple peices. Main hull, legs/feet, and arms are all seperate.
A few more scratches are visable on the bottom left of the hull, as well as some bullet impacts. Chaos bolters? Ork slugga? Who knows. |
