Doom Eagle terminator standard bearer, front and rear views w/ rope detail. For those if you who may have just found the image randomly, this figure was actually painted by my 9-year-old son. I came in and helped him out with the details, like the rope, banners & head detail. The figs seem to be neater if we both work on them together. My thought was to make a banner configuration that in no way hampered the fighting ability of the soldier, yet would be striking. This is what I came up with. The baldric will eventually have "campaign ribbons" hanging off of it, but my son had decided that he wants to earn them (by playing) rather than having me just model them on the figure from the start. |
