It's only a Skull White undercoat, washed with Thraka Green, then drybrushed with Skull White, and lastly washed with Thraka Green once more. The only thing that I don't like about the 'nids is the spots that I used on their flesh areas, but at least they're not too detracting from the model as a whole.
