The foliage and the overall subtle paint scheme is really quite good and makes this the best I've seen these models. They've been made a step more generic than the GW paint scheme but this only serves to highlight the way they have their own style. Very well done!
The bases are nice and clean but feel a little bit like they clash with the painted look of the models. The bases feel like they've been done for WW2 soldiers or something. They're not bad at all, it's just that the lack of painted landscape elements stands out. Just a few rocks or some gravel would tie it all together stylistically. |
