the historical background for this force is that it is a train school unit, that is allso a reserve combat force. as sutch its tanks consisted of older tanks no longer in active service or tanks that are in so badly condition that they are no longer usable in active combat, and best used as driving school tanks.
this means that the overall look of the army is wahever you want it to be, and i tryed to reflect that.
