They look more like PDF. I would imagine (due to fluffy goodness) that Penal Legion troops would be a little more gritty. I'd like to see a bit more of the officer in the back there. |

I agree with scumbubble, a penal legion would be more like nercomunda kitbashed with some catachans,cadians and salvar chem dogs in my honest opinion. I really like how empire fits well with IG |
