xXWeaponPrimeXx: In short, minimally watered down green glow paint on a black base painted with very watered down dark grey, then light grey and finally white to get the brightest color and thus the brightest glow in the recesses. The glow in the dark paint is equally more concentrated where a bright glow is supposed to be, with more water added for the dimmer parts. It also helps give the model contrast to have a spines and a few places with thicker hide toned down to black again before applying the glow in the dark paint.
Parakuribo: It kind of is. I took great inspiration for the glow pattern from Fallout 4, just modified to account for the diifferent medium. |
