you really shouldn't vote for your own images. Parts that are well done: powersword/plasma coil, color combinations, weathering, subtle conversions(icon on shield); parts that looked off: writings on parchment, I find that if you don't do it just right it will look garbage, I myself leave it blank or use decals; basing(you should definitely pain the sand with a watered down dark brown, and highlight it up), reason for doing so is that it looks unnatural if you just flock it on, smaller grains of sand from the beach will help too, I find the standard GW sand its too big for its scale; missed opportunities: residue due to heating on the tips of the gatling cannon. |
