Neato. The Skorne cyclopes are some of my favorites. My only beef is that everything from the waist down is so scawny. I don't know anything about what Iron Kingdoms cyclopes look like without their armor though. Are they tall and weedy?

Maybe the sheild is so he will not get smooshed in slideing doors like his relative in Krull. The official rule is apow 30 attack with d6 extra damage against the Cyclops if he ends his movment in a doorway.
