Yeah, that's what my thought was too. Despite being his own sculpts & castings, GW's legal thug squad is well known for stomping anyone that makes anything remotely compatible with their figures and isn't big enough (or wealthy enough) to counter their legal threats.

On the contrary being small is an advantage, also the imagery on the breastplate is not GW iconography and everything else is commonplace.

the models are nice in their own way and might be worth getting for some vets or kasrkin sergs, especially if they also did some male heads with bereas,
but my only concern is that the only way to pay on the site is via money order which unless your in germany where they are based is very awkward and probably expensive (not to mention risky sending it all that way), however ive looked in to it and if you ask they will take paypal, however they will charge you 4% additional on top of your purchase and postage to cover their "paypal fees" (which is a practice paypal no longer allows iirc!) so they look good and relativly cheap before postage etc but they seem to have a lot of hassle with payments and charges just to get the models!

yeah the German post can be a bit nuts, ( I have lived over there 3 differnt times now) espically if ordering from the states. I guess its a bit tougher to get stuff into Germany than out. All and all ya just got to consider if the stuff is worth the extras here and there. I think so but thats just me.

How is being small an advantage? Aside from being able to fly under GW's legal radar, that is. To his advantage, he is based in Europe, which might help things, but similar makers in the US have been curb stomped by GW's legal goons for less, all it takes is a Cease & Desist letter. Even if ultimately unprosecutable, you must defend yourself in a court of law, and that requires lawyers and lawyers are very expensive, especially for small one man garage operations.

Just take a look at Dreamforge, for example. That's the guy who did entirely scratchbuilt custom made 40k scale titans in resin and despite doing everything in his power to avoid GW copyright (including contacting GW and ensuring he wasn't infringing), on the eve of his release date, after having sunk considerable capital (ie: $$$) in prototypes, resin & moldings, GW sent him a nice little legal letter promising litigation if he did not immediately cease and desist. Since he couldn't afford a legal defense, that effectively killed him.

Not that I think this fella is infringing GW, not in the least, I'm just pointing out GW's past record on such. I hope they do leave him alone, as those are some nice sculpts, I'm just not very confident. That said, Scibor has managed to make a name for himself offering the same things, and he's in Europe as well, so perhaps legal protections for such have changed. I just know that in the US one can't get away with such thanks to GW's predatory legal practices.

That's how they operate, it sends a stronger message if the other guy loses out. quiet no at the beginning wouldnt send the same message. He can contact Gw as mucvh as he likes they change their mind at the time it will send the biggest message. What I hate about that is not the protectionism but the hypocras, GW has no respect for anyone elses IP. They are blatant plagiarists.

However the heads are different, there is very little to suggest that they are Cadian, they could be but they could be something else entirely.
