I sure did (thanks again!), although I've yet to acheive your results. I'm doing a much larger model next, with tons of armour, so that should give me a better canvas to practise on.

I like the color scheme and the runes on the leader. It's nice to see some Khador guys not in all red.

One thing though. The bases are a little strong. I'd tone down the brightness with a wash and maybe add in some static grass or something.

Already on it, Power Cosmic! I photograph my models pre-varnish. The bases an all my guys will receive a treatment of static snow with a few wisps of grass. When I get enough painted up to do an army profile, the bases should be nice and finished. Although you may be on to something about toning the whole lot down a bit first...
