Psychic Powers: Q'sandria is a psyker and knows the Eldritch Storm, Fortune, Guide, Doom and Minda War psychic powers.
Divination: Q'sandria learnt her craft from Eldrad Ulthran. If any units are outflanking, they may add or subtract one to their roll to see which table edge they enter from.
Eldrad's Legacy: Q'sandria has maintained the Ulthwe Storm Guardian forces originally assembled by Eldrad Ulthran. Any squad of Eldar Storm Guardians may be upgraded at a cost of +2 points per model to have the special ability Ferocious Charge.
Wargear: Shuriken Pistol, witchblade, runes of warding, runes of witnessing, ghosthelm, spirit stones, rune armour (3+ invulnerable save)
Optional Wargear: As long as Eldrad Ulthran is not in the army, Q'sandria may select the Staff of Ulthamar for 30 points.

Alique is originally from Alaitoc Craftworld, and as one of the most accomplished Pathfinders is still an invaluable battlefield ally to Alaitoc Craftworld.

Wargear: Superb ranger long rifle (as per Ranger long rifle, but Heavy 2), shuriken pistol.
Other special characters I would consider making are a Sergeant Chronus-style Tank Commander for Yme-Loc and a Bonesinger for Il-Kaithe.
I also think that the Phoenix Lords should be more indivdual and Prince Yriel should have some special rules that affect his army somehow, for example making Wraithsight less problematic, or enhancing the Wraithguard somehow.
